The art of charcuterie doesn’t need to stay tied to a board.  Jazz up your kid’s school lunch with these wonderful Charcuter-Oui creations.  Kids tend to love our sweet salami, the Dulce, and it is a great addition to the weekly lunch routine.  Our salami is not certified gluten-free at this time, but we do not use any ingredients containing gluten, ever.  We’ve noted gluten and dairy free options below.

Salami with cheese and crackers. Sides of peas, carrots, grapes and a mix of pumpkin seeds and golden raisins. No gluten, substitute cheese for dairy free.

Leftover Blueberry Pancakes with sides of salami and cheese, green beans, and peppers. Use gluten free pancakes for a gluten free meal.

Salami, Crackers and Cheese with sides of blueberries, green beans and peas, grapes, and golden raisins. No gluten.

Salami over Rice with sides of cheese, green beans and peppers.  No gluten, substitute cheese for crackers or berries to make dairy free.

Coconut (or Regular) Yogurt with berries.  Sides of salami, green beans, and carrots. No gluten, dairy free.

Grain-free Pumpkin and Chocolate Chip muffins with sides of salami and cheese, green beans and carrots add hummus as a dipping sauce for something a little extra.  No gluten, substitute cheese for dairy free.
