
Need an easy way to dress up the holiday table? This one goes out to all those folks who like to keep it simple. As easy as 1-2-3 you can combine salami and cheese into a beautiful candy cane display. Here is what you’ll need:
- 1 Oui Charcuterie Salami
- 2-3 Cheese Slices
- Cutting Board (or decorative plate)
- Small Cap from an Olive Oil bottle (or some other food cap)
- Knife
Step 1: Slice the Salami
Grab your knife and slice up your salami. 10-20 slices will do, depending on how large you want your candy cane to be.


Step 2: Cut the Cheese
Take the cap you found and make sure it is about the same size as the sliced salami, then use it as a cookie cutter on the cheese slices.
Step 3: Assemble
Starting with salami, lay down overlapping layers of salami and cheese in the shape of a candy cane. Want to dress it up even more? Throw some bows or garnishes on the cutting board.
